  • The student will identify and explain the trends that affect families. 
  • The student will explain what roles are and how they are learned; recognize effects of stereotyped roles; and explain the relationship between role expectations and role conflicts.

  • The student will understand personal life goals on choosing a marriage partner.
  • The student will be aware of readiness factors important for a successful marriage.

  • The student will be aware of laws regarding marriage.
