Digital Film Production (Advanced)

This program is designed for students with prior Video Production experience who are planning to continue their education in video or film at a post secondary level. This challenging curriculum gives students the opportunity to expand their production knowledge in the areas of cinematography, special effects, animation, and DVD authoring. Using Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Photoshop, Boris F/X, and Bryce 3D, students will learn advanced video and film production techniques. Students will be producing programs ranging from movie teasers, to documentaries and short film. If you are considering a career in film, video, broadcasting or mass communications, this class will give students the advanced skills you need to make an educated career choice as well as create a demo reel for employment or college applications.
