2019 District 196 STEM Career Fair
Save the date. Put this on your calendar!
Thursday, January 31, 2019, 6:00–8:00pm at Rosemount High School The fair is open to all high school students, grades 9–12, and their parents. The goal of the fair is to inspire high school students to pursue STEM Careers. STEM represents science, technology, engineering, and math. The fair is for those who know they want a STEM career, those who are exploring and think they might want a STEM career, and those who do not want a STEM career but want to learn how STEM skills can increase marketability.
A wide variety of STEM professions will be represented, including careers in healthcare. Whether you are looking for a technician level career, a doctoral level, or something in between, there will be something at the fair for you.

Seeking Scientists, Engineers, and Computer, Math, Healthcare, and Manufacturing and Skilled Trades Professionals for the District 196 STEM Career Fair. Companies, Colleges, and Individual STEM Professionals are all welcome. We especially invite parents who are STEM professionals to register as presenters. There is no cost to participate and no formal presentation is necessary –– just be willing to talk to students about your career. It will be set up like a job fair or college fair as students move from table to table to speak with various professionals.
