April - Parent Workshop - College Planning, the First Steps -
College Planning Workshop 2019
A panel of current seniors share their experiences in selecting and gaining admission to a variety of college options. Recommended for tenth and eleventh grade parents and students.

College Planning Night 2019 –
College Presentation
Topic: Information regarding important steps in preparing high school students for the process of applying to colleges. Also includes a panel of RHS seniors with a wide array of post-secondary plans. The panel will discuss the factors that went into their decision-making process as well as tips for those considering similar paths.

Grade 9

March - Get a Jump on It
Topics: The 6 different post-secondary options in Minnesota: University of Minnesota system, the state university system, private 4-year colleges, community colleges, technical colleges and private career schools; recommendations for a college preparatory curriculum.

Grade 10

Topics: Junior Testing (ACT, PSAT and SAT) and post–secondary planning
