Voters Approve Bond and Reelect Incumbents

ROSEMOUNT, Minn. -- District 196 voters approved a referendum question for $180 million in capital improvements and technology funding, and reelected all four incumbent School Board members in the Nov. 3 school district election, according to unofficial results with all 14 of 14 precincts reporting.
