  • Identify the process of scene, costume, property, lighting, sound, and makeup design, construction, and operation in theatrical production.
  • Create designs that use visual and aural elements to convey environments that clearly support the text.
  • Apply technical skills and knowledge to collaboratively and safely create functional scenery, properties, lighting, sound, costumes, and makeup.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the principals of artistic unity, variety, and coherence in visual and aural design.
  • Analyze a variety of dramatic texts from cultural and historical perspectives to determine production requirements.
