Wrestlers of the Week

Each week the coaches determine a Wrestler of the Week from the Varsity, Junior Varsity, and 9th Grade teams.  The wrestlers are selected based on several criteria.  Those criteria include: practice habits, practice attendance, and match performance. 

Being the Wrestler of the Week is an honor and a privilege that is highly sought after by Lightning wrestlers at all levels.  Below are our Wrestlers of the Week so far this season.
