Football is something I started playing in fourth grade. I didn't want to go at first because I was scared to play something i hadn't played before. After a few games I finally started to go to games, and found out that it wasn't even bad after all. This was a sport I knew I would continue in the future. At the time, I didn't play for Eastview. I had recently moved to Apple Valley. At the time, I didn't even know about Eastview. When I found out about it , I didn't play football. My main sports were basketball and baseball in middle school. Finally, in 2014, I decied to play Track. After the season, my coach, Mr. Sherwin, told me that I should go out for the football team. Sophomore year was my second year of football ever. High School football was a different experience for me because the intensity and aggressiveness that you need a lot higher compared to little league. The effort that our team put in was unbelievable, but we couldn't win a game. We finished the season 0-8, one of the worst seasons ever for Eastview Football. If it weren't for Coach Sherwins influence, I would not have played football.
