On the main search screen enter the name of the country and the word reconstruction.  You may choose to just enter reconstruction  in the subject search window and choose from the list of countries that appears.

e.g.  Kosovo w/5 reconstruction  (w/5 means within 5 words of) 
3. Set the date popup window to past two years (depending upon country choice).

OxFam International
Home site of Oxfam, an organization “dedicated to finding lasting solutions to poverty and suffering.”  Oxfam's work ranges from trade to aid and debt to democracy building. United Nations Development Programme
Home site of UNPD whose main focus is to help countries “solve the challenges” of major development issues.  The organization’s key strategy is to create global and regional coalitions centered around the mission of the United Nations.
Search Tips:  The main page features two relevant links: Iraq Reconstruction and Millennium Development Goals.  On the Millennium Development Goals page there is a Country Reports link in the box on the right that connects to a country by country list of detailed but easy-to-understand development/reconstruction reports. 

US Agency for International Development
This site presents information about the USAID work in approximately 100 countries in the areas of  agriculture, democracy building & governance, economic growth, the environment, education, health, global partnerships, and humanitarian assistance.
