Super Group is an advanced weight training program that takes place throughout the summer. Super Group is a weight training program designed for individuals who are serious about getting into shape.  The program offers long, extensive training that requires hard work beyond a person's comfort zone, and pushes its members to strive to their full potential and reach their goals as an athlete. As well as a weight training program, Super Group is also a part of team bonding.  Designed by Eastview's strengh training coaches, Super Group enables one to witness how hard their teammates are willing to work.

 

This year super Group for boys in grades 10-12 will consist of sport specific activities to enhance the players ability at their specific positions in their specific sports. Each varsity coach will develop unique training program that is sport-specific.
