designing your pages include:
Page Dimensions - how your information appears on a monitor will be different
from a printed copy. Will the information be printed? If so, understand the
resolution of different monitors and how text will print. Also understand how
different monitor resolutions can affect how your page looks.
Page Length - keep away from scrolling information
Use tables or frames to organize your information and make your site graphically
appealing.
Use subtle color and think about the overall layout of your site when designing
each page.
