We have had some great performances this week and look forward to a wonderful weekend of competition.
Last weekend at State Gymnastics Josey Schlie placed 2nd in Floor Exercise and 5th on the Vault.
In wrestling four of our Irish Wrestlers will compete at the Xcel Center on Friday morning, February 27th starting at 9:00am. The four state bound wrestlers are Adam Hedin 11th , Noah Buck 10th , Jacob Bottem 10th and Diondre Lodge 11th . Good luck!
In section swimming our team goes into finals on Friday night at the Prior Lake Middle School at 6:00pm. Seats are difficult to come by so please arrive early. The Irish Swimmers competing in finals are as follows:
Noah Peterson - 200, 500 Free
Frank Haney - 50, 100 Free
Grant Toenges - 100 Fly, 100 Back
Logan Vogt - 500 Free
John Mills - 100 Breaststroke
These swimmers above along with Logan Timbers and Patrick Garin will be swimming in the finals in all three relays! Good luck and swim fast!
Last night our Irish Boys' Basketball Team coached by first year Head Coach, Keenan Shelton, upset the Eastview Lighting and will move on to the 3AAAA Section Semi-Finals at Farmington on Saturday at 2:30pm. The Irish will play #1 ranked Apple Valley High School in what promises to be an entertaining game.
