Chemistry Article Pathfinder

Scope: In addition to the article you obtained from www.scilinks.org, you will need to locate at least one other article on the topic addressed in one of the chapters of your Chemistry text. The articles you locate just need to be related to the topic you are researching. They do not need to be exactly about the same aspect of the topic, just related to the topic.

The purpose of this Pathfinder is to assist you in locating additional articles about your topic using the Library's resources, either in print or online. These articles may include a Science Encyclopedia article, a chapter from a book, a science journal, a magazine or a newspaper article.

Search Tips

  1. If using a two or three word phrase, place the phrase within quotation marks.
  2. Because of the generic names of some of the topics, you may need to add the keyword chemistry to your topic in order to narrow the results to just chemistry related articles.

(For Example: “physical changes” AND chemistry )
