College Applications
Instructions on Submitting College Applications
Applications need to be submitted to the guidance office and need to include the following:
1. College application, or if applying on-line submit proper printout if generated.
2. Application fee payment to college.
3. Transcript Release Form listing colleges,
4. $2.00 Transcript Fee for each college applying to. Checks to be made out to EVHS.
5. Letters of Recommendation can be included as well.

Reporting Test Scores to Colleges
It is your responsibility to see that the appropriate SAT I and/or ACT and or SATII/Subject Test scores are sent to the colleges. I
f you did not code your college(s) at the time you registered for the tests, you can fill out additional score report forms in order to have your scores sent.
Most colleges require official test scores; this means that they must be received from the testing offices in a sealed envelope -- not from the high school or the students.

Deadlines
During peak periods, college applications can take more than three weeks to process.
You are responsible for knowing deadlines and bringing your applications to the Post-High School Counseling Office in time for us to meet those deadlines.
( Do not include school holidays and vacations when you are calculating the three to four weeks needed to process applications!)

- November 1 - Deadlines for most Early Decision applications
- Deadlines for Early Action at Brown, Harvard, MIT, Princeton and Yale...
December 2 - Deadline for University of Minnesota (Completed application submitted to EVHS Guidance Office on or before 12/2/03)
January 9 - Deadline for the University of Wisconsin (Completed application submitted to EVHS Guidance Office on or before 1/9/04)
