Welcome to my home page!

Welcome to the Eastview High School Choir!  I am proud to be a member of Eastview's vibrant performing arts department.  I am currently in my 13th year teaching.  At Eastview I direct five choirs: the most advanced ensemble, Concert Choir, two men's choirs, Men's Chorale and Lightning Men's Choir -- totalling over 125 young men, and two select co-curricular choirs, Camerata and VoiceMale.  I am also the vocal music director for the annual musical theater production and teach voice lessons to students in the choral program.  Outside of the music program, I serve on Eastview's Improvement Steering Team and am actively involved with the American Choral Directors Association, currently serving as the North Central Division Chair for Male Choirs.  I am also the founding Artistic Director of the Allegro Choral Academy, a non-profit youth music education organization based in the south metro area.  My wife, Kari, teaches vocal music at Eagan High School and we have three daughters: Ella, Tess and Miri.
