-Current Cash situation is $8900

  -Looking for 100% involvement
Windscreens
  -In by April 3rd
  -Set up on April 5th (weather permitting)
Six signs are ready for the outfield ( 3 for Eastview High School and 3 for Thunder)
Utility Cart
  -Need to look at revenue
  -Possibly in Spring
Committee sign-ups
  -Still have openings for most committees
Will be doing a concession stand at the Varsity games
 -Hot dogs, candy and a cooler of pop
  -Will be run by NHS students
  -Players are fed after the game
Coach's Corner
 -Teams have been selected
 -JV B team includes sophomores and juniors
 -JV and Varsity team practice together
   Will be communicating which team players will be playing on
Spring Trip
  -Players stayed at The Dolphin Beach Resort
  -Players had a great time
  -Group of 20 went on the trip
  -Eckerd College
     Good Food plan
      Players all ate together

Tournament
  -May 16th
  -Teams coming are Minnetonka, Spring Lake Park and Park Center
  -Delano will be coming for JV
Batting cage turf is in
  -Will be put in once the frost is out of the ground
  -Softball and baseball programs contributed to nets, turf and l-screens
Cancelled games
  -Can sign up within the activity calendar to get an email about a change in schedule
  -Some coaches notify the players via a mass email
Salt Sale
  -Thank you to Katy Jonas,  Kate Beattie and Michele Barry for updating the order forms
  -Order forms have been handed out to all players
  -Players keep their list year after year
  -Freshman will get names off of seniors' lists
  -Players can call people off their list but should attempt to contact people on their list three times
  -Incentive is to sell at least 50 bags
    Anyone selling 50 bags receives a cap
  -Sunday, April 5th there will be a phone blitz
  -Tuesday, April 7th order forms need to be dropped off at school
  -Jay will pace the order on April 14th
 - Salt pickup is Saturday, April 18th at Shepherd of the Valley
  -Prizes for the top seller at each grade (need to sell at least 100 bags)
     First prize is $100, second $50 and third is $25
    $2 per bag (bags over 50 ) will go towards Spring trip
