COLLEGE AND SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Parents of Seniors: Final Transcripts

Most colleges (4 year and 2 year) require a FINAL transcript to be sent to the college once grades for Q4 of senior year have been posted.  This transcript can be ordered NOW so that it is not forgotten in the busy upcoming weeks/months.  First on Naviance/Family Connection request your final transcript (this could be done in the senior survey or in the resources/transcript area). Then visit your FeePay account and add 2017-18 Transcripts to the cart, check out and pay. Once you are have added the one transcript to cart, fill out the form but this time please indicate final transcript and list the college your will be attending. More information can be found in Senior Packet 2018 on page 6.

Parents of Seniors: NCAA Reminder

Seniors attending a D1 or D2 college or university in the fall and planning to participate in athletics must submit a final transcript.  Order your 2017-18 Transcript on FeePay, choose final transcript and list NCAA as the destination. The NCAA needs a final transcript in order to complete the eligibility process.

(Grades 10,11) ACT Prep Course – Registration is due by Wednesday, July 25 (see schedule below)

SUMMER SESSIONS are now registering online! This course is ideal for students that have busy schedules after school during the school year.  Eastview High School is offering the ACT Prep Course to help you prepare for this important test.  The course provides 15+ hours of focused study in preparation for the ACT Test.  By design, the course provides trained teachers who will navigate you through the ACT testing process.  Students build confidence and skills that will boost their scores on the actual test.  The cost of the program is $150, which includes instruction, online program and testing materials.  Scholarships are available for EVHS students who need financial assistance (see Larinda Hodges in Guidance).  Whether you have taken the ACT test before or you are new to the experience, we will prepare you to do your personal best.

Registration is limited to 15 students per class.  Registration forms, calendars and detailed information can be found at our web site: http://public.district196.org/evhs/academics/actprep/default.aspx or students may talk with their guidance counselor for details.
