For PHOTO STUDIOS

Digital photos are preferred. Photo image files may be submitted:

• via email to: evhsseniors@gmail.com, or
• delivered to the school's main office on CD-ROM (non-returnable), or
• delivered to the school's main office on paper print (non-returnable) with the student's first/last name and grad year written on the back; see specifications, below.

Each file should be labeled with the student's first and last name in the filename, and saved with the following specifications:

• JPG format
• 300 ppi
• 2½" x 3½"
• vertical format, head-and-shoulders only
• full color
• no visible studio imprints or signatures are allowed
• black-and-white and "soft focus" are strongly discouraged.

Photos not meeting the above criteria will not be included in the yearbook.
