Rules and Expectations

Far away there in the sunshine are my brightest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I look up and see their beauty, believe in them and try to follow where they lead.

There’s no thrill in easy sailing when the skies are clear and blue, there’s no joy in merely doing things which any one can do. But, there is some satisfaction that is mighty sweet to take, when you reach a destination that you thought you’d never make.

Attendance
  • If you are absent you must show an admit. Absences will be posted on the whiteboard in front of the room. A selected student will take attendance and record tardies. You can find out your status on a daily basis concerning attendance and tardies.
  • 8 absences = no credit or failure
  • 3 tardies equals one absence. Detention slips will be filled out immediately in class. A tardy is not being in the room once the teacher closes the door. Since I have hallway/locker duty this should give you sufficient time to reach class.
