2017-2018 STUDENT SCHEDULE REVIEW & ON-LINE CORRECTION PROCESS


1. Review all of the below guidelines and instructions below before requesting adjustments.

2. To make a request that follows the stated guidelines, select the below web link that corresponds with your last name at the conclusion of this page.
 

Quarters 1 and 2 Online Schedule Review and Change Requests during August 18 -24

    • Students will review schedules and request corrections through the online process.
    • This schedule review opportunity includes both Quarter 1 and Quarter 2. There will not be a schedule review opportunity during Quarter 1 for Quarter 2.
    • Schedules will be corrected prior to the first day of school via the online process and students will receive their final schedules during a homeroom on September 6th.

Quarters 3 and 4 Online Schedule Review and Change Requests during January 4 -12

    • Students will review schedules for Quarters 3 & 4 and request corrections through the online process following mid-terms of Quarter 2.
    • This schedule review opportunity includes both Quarter 3 and Quarter 4. There will not be a schedule review opportunity during Quarter 3 for Quarter 4.
    • Students in grade 12 will meet with their counselor in order to assure appropriate credit status for graduation. 
    • Students in grades 9-11 will initiate schedule change requests through the online process.

Schedule change request after the start of each quarter  may be made in counselor determined urgencies and will ONLY be considered for the following circumstances: (within the first 3 days of a quarter):

    • Student has not met a necessary prerequisite (teacher input is required).
    • Make up or add a required course for graduation.
    • Changes initiated at counselor/administrator/teacher discretion.
    • Level change–a class is determined to be too difficult (teacher input is required along with a description of intervention strategies from previous quarter).

Schedule change requests that will NOT be accommodated include:

    • Requests for a specific teacher
    • Requests for a specific class period
    • Requests for a specific study hall
    • Requests for a specific lunch period
