Join the REVolution for Competitive Swimming for Grades Three and Up!

Our goal is to equip swimmers at all levels with the skills and conditioning needed for competitive swimming. During the school year practices are scheduled five times per week at Dakota Hills Middle School DHMS) and Valley Middle School (VMS). During the summer practices are scheduled four times per week, Monday through Thursday evenings at a District 196 pool. Meets are scheduled during practice time. Swimmers are encouraged to attend at least three times per week and swim in inter-squad meets. Parents and siblings are invited to get involved as volunteers for swim meets (Register and Schedule).



Develop Skills for Competitive Diving

Introduction to Springboard Diving

Learn basic diving skills, progressing from diving from the side of the pool to the basic front dive with approach and hurdle from the diving board.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Intermediate 1 swim lesson or equivalent skills. (Register and Schedule)

Divers Challenge - School Year Only

Learn springboard diving through individualized coaching on technique and form. This course is for divers who are able to perform a basic springboard dive with an approach and hurdle.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Intermediate 1 swim lesson or equivalent skills. (Register and Schedule - School Year Only))

REVolution Competitive Diving - Summer Only

Join the REVolution for a new experience in competitive diving. Register according to grade level in the coming fall. Divers that qualify as gifted athletes for high school diving may register for the high school session. Divers will be given the opportunity to have their dives judged in a competitive format. (Register and Schedule - Summer Only).
