For the safety of all students in early childhood programs and grades K-12, Minnesota law requires proof of immunizations or filing of a legal exemption signed by a health care provider or a conscientious objection signed by a parent/guardian and notarized.

Check your child’s immunization records online

Parents and legal guardians can view immunization information the district has on file for their child(ren) by clicking on the “Health” tab in their family’s SchoolView account. If a child is not in compliance with the requirement, it will be displayed in red next to the name of the immunization. Families that do not have a SchoolView account should contact their child’s school to get information needed to establish an account.

Access to Immunizations

Immunizations can be administered by your family’s health care provider or through one of the following:

  • The No Shots No School Program is available during the month of August and the first week of September. The barrier-free clinics will immunize students not previously established as patients with the clinic, without a doctor visit or preventive care exam, and without direct charge to families. Call the number listed to schedule an appointment.
